The World is Ending but we're here, making Art

It seems like we're all having a hard time right now, that the world is going more and more insane by the second. And meanwhile, I'm here, trying to sell art classes.
But in reality, I'm offering so much more than that. I offer an antidote to the craziness of the modern world, in the form of disconnection. An opportunity to slow down, to work with your hands and your mind, and forget, for a moment, about the rush of our current reality, while learning to do something beautiful.

I've grown to believe that one of the reasons we are having such a hard time is because our brains are not designed to function at this speed and intake this amount of information, especially when most of it is fart from nourishing and inspiring. That we are stressed and dysregulated because we have forgotten how to be fully immersed in the present moment, and therefore, ironically, while trying to not miss a thing, we seem to be missing out on life all-together.
Art, and the development of skills, while being part of a supportive, creative community, where everyone has common goals, can be medicine to the soul. Joining a community in which practice, attentiveness and dedication are the avenues to the missions at hand, can remind you of the importance of a purposeful life, and that things worth doing, are worth doing slowly.
So yes, it might seem like the world is ending, and I'm just here trying to sell art classes. But I know that me, and my amazing community, are saving one soul at the time, inspiring and giving them the power of confidence and expression in the process. Choosing to blindly believe that, no matter what we hear, what we see, or whatever dooming reality social platforms want to convince us of, the world is an amazing place, worth enjoying thoroughly, and creating for.
